1. What service does Visas International Provide?
Visas International is a private service company that manages the documents of
individuals through the Visa and Passport application process. Visas and Passport
applications usually can only be completed in person, often in places that are
crowded with long lines, and can easily be rejected if you make a technical error.
Visas International can get your Visas and Passports for you. We can also make
sure that things are done right the first time. We carefully review all of your
documentation before delivering it to the foreign consulate to minimize the risk
that your application will be rejected. Lastly, for decades Visas International
has worked hard to develop good relationships with the foreign consulates, which
can help when services need to be expedited. We are here for you.
2. What is a Passport?
A passport is a travel document that serves as proof of a person's citizenship.
Passports are issued by the U.S. Passport Agency.
3. What is a visa?
A visa is formal permission from a country to allow a foreign national into its
borders for a specific purpose. Visas International specializes in Tourist and
Business visas, but visas are also granted for students, missionary work, extended
stays, and for diplomatic purposes. Visas are generally granted with date parameters,
to regulate and monitor foreign travel into the country.
4. How do I obtain a visa?
You can obtain a visa on your own if you happen to live in a city that has a consulate
of that country. Otherwise it is best to use the service of a company like Visas
International to manually deliver your passport and application to the consulate
office and pick it up upon completion. Only official embassies or consulates can
deliver visas.
5. Do I need to send my original passport?
Yes, in most cases. For the majority of countries, a visa is stamped on a visa
page inside your passport. You therefore need to have a current passport, and
your passport should be valid for at least 6 months past the date you intend to
enter a country.
6. How long will it take to process my visa?
Generally speaking, most visas can be obtained from consulates within 2 weeks.
Each country, however, has it own processing times and fees, and consulates often
apply special charges to those orders seeking visas in shorter than standard times.
In our Order Form, we will provide you with the various timing options available
and the applicable fees for each option.
7. What is support documentation?
Support documentation is, generally, documentation that has been officially approved
by the foreign government and is used to confirm your itinerary in a foreign country.
Support can be provided by your hotel, your business associates, or even tour
managers. Visas International can also help provide your support if necessary.
8. How long will it take to process my passport?
Visas International can process most U.S. Passports in 3-5 business days after
receipt of a complete and accurate application kit.
