Visas International is an independent consultant, not affiliated with any government or international agency, consulate or embassy. While we guarantee the efficient turnaround of all of your documents and information while in our possession, we cannot guarantee that any consulate, embassy or agency will grant your requested visa or passport.

We do offer an Extended Service Guarantee (ESG) in which Visas International automatically covers your passport and visas against loss or theft while under our direct control and also during the processing of your documents when not under our control.

This guarantee pays those costs not usually reimbursed by your travel agent, visa service or most trip policies. You are covered for document replacement or trip cancellation costs up to US$3,000.00 per person under the following 2 conditions:

1. Should your documents be lost in an embassy or consulate while your visas are being processed by Visas International.
2. Passports or visas being delayed or lost during shipment back to you or your travel agent from Visas International.

This ESG is available for a small fee.

All consulate fees are subject to change without notice.

Processing times quoted are estimated based upon receipt of complete and accurate application packages, and do not include transit times.

Visas international cannot be held liable for loss or damage occurring to a passport during the visa application process when not under direct control and when in the control of foreign embassies and consulates.
