STEP 1 – PASSPORT

• Please enclose your valid passport.
• Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you intend to enter into Kenya.
• Your passport should have room for the Kenya visa stamp.  If you need a new passport, a renewal, or page inserts, please click here.

STEP 2 – APPLICATION

Please  fill out the Kenya Application. Please remember to fill out all of the fields, print and sign prior to sending. We will need the original to process your visa, so please make a copy for yourself if you like, but send us the original.

Note:  If you need multiple entry-dates, you will need to mail to us a duplicate application for each entry.

STEP 3 – PHOTOS

• Please enclose TWO 2” x 2” passport photos with your application.
• For your nearest FedEx/Kinko's, where photo service is available, please click here.

STEP 4 – SUPPORT

It is necessary for you to provide a copy of your Round Trip Ticket, your onward ticket, or a copy of your Itinerary with your application. 

 

NON-U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS: please provide a copy of your greencard, front and back.

STEP 5 – VACCINATION CERTIFICATE

Evidence of yellow fever immunization may be requested.  If you have this available, please send it.  If it is not available, we will advise if we need additional information.

STEP 6 – FINISH
