STEP 1 - PASSPORT

• Please enclose your valid passport.
• Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you intend to enter Vietnam.
• Your passport should have at least one blank visa page for the Vietnam visa stamp.  (Please note that passport pages 22-24 should not be considered visa pages.  The Vietnam consulate will not stamp these pages.)

STEP 2 - VISA APPLICATION

Please print and fill out the  Vietnam Visa Application in BLOCK LETTERING.  Remember to fill out all of the fields completely and to sign the application before sending it to us.  We need the original document to process your visa, so please make a copy of yourself if you like, but send the original to us.

STEP 3 - PHOTOS

STEP 4 - SUPPORT 

If you are requesting a BUSINESS VISA, it may be necessary for you to submit a visa pre-approval obtained through your sponsor in Vietnam. The Embassy will issue visas only upon approval issued by the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security in Vietnam.  If this is available, please send it.  If this is not available, we will advise you if we need additional information.

 

If you are a NON-U.S. PASSPORT HOLDER, please provide a copy of your greencard, front and back.
