STEP 1 - PASSPORT

Please enclose your valid passport.
Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you intend to enter in Russia.
Your passport should have one completely blank page for your visa. (Please note that pages 22-24 should not be considered for visas. The Russian consulate will not place a visa on these pages.)

STEP 2 –APPLICATION

Application form must meet the following requirements:

The form must be filled out in capital letters using a black ballpoint pen, typewriter or computer. Using ink pens is not ALLOWED.

In each cell of the form you can put ONLY ONE letter or digit.

Writing must be legible.

FEES:

Visa fee: $140.00 Please send money order for Russian Consulate. If we have to obtain money order, there will be an added charge of $5.00 to our fee.

Our fee: $80.00

FedEx 2 day delivery $25.00..Overnight $35.00

STEP 3 – PHOTO

Your photo must meet following requirements:
1. The frame size must be 35mm X 45mm (1 3/8” X 1 3/4”).
2. Photo must be made within the last 6 months before the date of application.
3. The photos must be clear, well defined and taken against a plain white or light colored background.
4. Your face must be square to the camera with a neutral expression, neither frowning nor smiling, and with your mouth closed.
5. Sunglasses are not acceptable.
6. The photos must show the full front view of the head, with the face in the middle of the photo, and included the top of the shoulders.
7. THE PHOTO MUST NOT BE STAPLED / PLEASE SEND SEPARATE.

STEP 4 – SUPPORT

Support is documentation confirming your trip and the reasons for your visit. Support is slightly different if you are traveling for Business or as a Tourist. We will need copies of the following:

TOURIST –

Confirmation & Voucher –Everyone must have, to obtain Russian visa.You may obtain from hotel( they do charge) If you wish for us to obtain for you, we charge $30.00.

BUSINESS -

Letter of Business Intent – This should be provided from the host company that you are conducting business.
Official Invitation – This letter should be provided by the Ministry of the Interior on official letterhead, and an original stamp.

NON-U.S. PASSPORT HOLDERS -

A separate application is necessary. Please contact us so we can email, fax, or mail you this application.
A photocopy of your green card, front and back, or a photcopy of your U.S. visa.

STEP 5 – FINISH

When you arrive in Russia, you MUST register your arrival within 3 days. This can generally be done at your hotel, or various travel offices in Russia. Failure to do so may lead to detention and other serious travel complications.
